What Happen If I Arrive Late?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time for instructions and setup. Late arrivals may reduce your total game time.

How Many Players do You Recommended for Each Game

  • Recommended Group Size: 4–8 players for the best experience.

  • ​Allowed Group Size: A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 players.

Please note that groups outside the recommended size may impact the overall game experience.

Premium vs. Basic Games?

Premium Games ( 80-Minute ):

  • Immerse yourself in the ultimate adventure with access to all rooms, challenges, and props for a complete and unforgettable experience. Costumes are provided to enhance the immersion and bring your story to life.

Basic Games ( 60-Minute ):

  • Offers approximately 75% of the full experience, with a more affordable price. Some rooms, challenges and props are omitted, and costumes are not provided.

What's Your Business Hours?

  • Our hours are flexible and based on reservations. Please book your game through our website. If you wish to schedule a time outside our standard hours, contact us directly.​

  • This means that if you walk in without a reservation, there may not always be staff available at the store. We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure the best experience.

Is a Deposit Required?

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits ensure that your selected time slot is reserved for you.

  • If you book by phone and are informed of availability, you will still need to complete your reservation and submit the deposit online.

  • Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee the time slot will still be available upon your arrival.

  • All deposits will be refunded through the original payment method after your game session.

Can I Bring My Cell Phone Into the Game?

  • Yes, you may bring your cell phone, but photography is strictly prohibited during the game.

  • For your convenience, we offer secure, complimentary phone lockers with built-in charging capabilities at the front desk.

Can I Bring Children to Play?

Our games are designed for players aged 16 and older.​

  • Children may participate under adult supervision, but we do not recommend escape rooms for children under 12 due to the complexity of the puzzles.​

  • If you have special requests, please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.

Are the Games Scary?

Our games do not feature live actors, and they are not designed to be frightening. However, certain themes may include dummies and immersive props to enhance the atmosphere.

Will I Actually Be Locked Inside the Game?

No, your safety is our top priority. Emergency exits are accessible at all times, and our staff will provide instructions on how to use them before the game begins.

Will I Be in a Game with People I Don’t Know?

No, all bookings are private. You will only play with your own group.

What Happens in Extreme Weather Conditions?

If a government-issued weather warning is in effect, cancellations will be allowed free of charge.

What's Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy:

  • To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your game.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will only be refunded if the time slot is resold.
